PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR OFFER YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM. AFTER WE HAVE REVIEWED YOUR SUBMISSION YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT YOU CAN BEGIN SUBMITTING OFFERS.

 

BY COMPLETING THIS FORM YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• If the property is sold via auction a 2% – 5% Auction Fee will be added to the winning bid price. Auction Fee is listed on every individual auction listing.
• Earnest money must be deposited by date on subject property auction page. In the event the bidder fails to deposit at noon the second highest bidder will be contacted to purchase subject property.
• Purchase contract will be sent to the best offer immediately. If you’re a Realtor representing a buyer, please submit your highest & best offer at any time throughout the bidding process.
• Sales are on an “as is”, “where is” basis with no representation to status of condition of the property. Free & clear title to be delivered at close of escrow.
• Financing Information: Not Available. Cash or Hard Money Purchase Only.
• All pictures, details or descriptions of any property, condition of title, value or otherwise is provided for informational purposes only and may not represent the true and current status of the property now or at the time of sale.
• Information is available for marketing purposes only.
• HomeDealHub.com reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time.
